Let me start by saying the front office and scheduling staff are AWESOME! That's about it for me! I had my first mammogram at my PC's office and was referred here due to abnormal findings. Came here to get a more in depth mammogram in late 2023 and ended up getting a Stereotactic biopsy on my right and Ultrasound-guided vacuum biopsy on my left, a few weeks later. I used to love going to this location. I had an appointment for a mammogram screening today. The Advent Heath app alerted to it being overdue. I schedule it on the app, get confirmed, checked in online. I drive 30 minutes to get there, wait in the waiting room for a about 15 minutes. The tech tells me they cannot service my yearly screening because I didn't have a detailed screening on a single breast that I forgot to get done last year. I want to start by saying that the staff was great and I have no issues with them, besides a couple scheduling/order errors which were unfortunate, but I can get past that knowing they are newer. What I have a big problem with is their billing department. I have dense breast tissue and required to have a 3D mammogram AND a breast ultrasound (US) done every year. The staff have been very kind, supportive and patient so far. They listened to my concerns and fears they answered every question that I asked even while getting my biopsy they held my hand through the intire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.🧡

Take your business somewhere, I was told to take mammogram with ultrasound, without the radiologist looking my mammogram, the RT said I don’t need to do ultrasound because I don’t have dense tissue, since when RT read and decide and they try to convince me not to do ultrasound because my insurance might not pay for it when they call and check my insurance it was covered but still they try not to do the ultrasound, where I scheduled this appointment 2 months ago, and the day of the service they changed my scheduled twice, and... read more
