The staff were so kind and professional. Brad, my nurse, was great,. He made sure I was comfortable and explained what was happening. Kim did my MRI and she was great too; very professional.
I felt cared for as I came in I was greeted by the receptionist who recognized me with a smile and welcoming hello. I only waited three minutes to go back to a room in er. absolutely everyone helped me feel heard and they all listened to my needs. i was offered blankets because I was shivering and asked if i needed anything for pain which i passed on.
I recently had to visit the emergency room, and I can honestly say the experience was far better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The front desk team was efficient and compassionate, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable. The nurses were attentive, patient, and incredibly reassuring.
