Already contacted we care! Ana muted me several times and scoof at me!! Proving the hospital doesn't care, because it is about the money!! One nurse even warned me to watch it, they would try and keep me, because I have great insurance!! Do yourself a favor go anywhere else, but advent!! Worst hospital ever!! Nurses are incompetent, they can't communicate anything. Can't answer your questions. Can't trust the doctors. Go to orlando health, if your want help!!
I have been hospitalized due to a emergency since I get into the hospital all the staff was very attentive friendly and knowledgeable after all of the stress of not knowing what was wrong with me with care and love they help during this difficult time
Never have had a problem with any of the physicians all are well mattered and respectful.
Once again this place proves itself to have the worst staff I have ever seen in an healthcare environment. When people & patients are stressed or upset because of what’s going on with them, the front desk staff have absolutely no care or empathy. Walking into the main entrance you have to check in, which is understood -but there is no security which is also concerning.
