The Dr forgot orders for a walker when I transfered to rehab. I hurt myself trying to get around on a wheelchair I couldn't manage there. I ended up being recommended to a horrible rehab that smelled like urine and had roaches I had to dodge under my feet. That rehab had health violations and should be inspected by the board of health.
I was very comfortable and everyone was very professional and helpful
