I had a very good experience at this place. I worked with Erica and she is great. I feel a lot better and I think I'm a little stronger. All the other ladies that work there are friendly and have a smile. I would go back there in a heartbeat!!
I highly recommend Alex as a pelvic physical therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and truly cares about her patients. She takes a thoughtful, personalized approach—exploring different strategies and considering all angles to find what works best. Her professionalism, combined with her warm and personable nature, makes each session comfortable and productive. I had the most pleasant experience with the team at Advent on Cherry St. Rebecca the receptionist is very helpful,kind, and accommodating. Both Erica and Alex ( the two PTs who helped me) were professional, kind, accommodating, caring , and so much more! They truly care about their patients. The other PT Maddi was also very kind. I have been helped with my year and a half of tailbone pain. Very few exercises to do at home. A lot of time spent trying to diagnose where the problem was coming from. Erica is a friendly, sensitive, relaxed pelvic floor specialist. She has a lot of tools in her toolbox. Extremely professional. Their public front-facing person, Rebecca, does a great job and is flexible. The environment never feels rushed at Advent physical therapy - this location. I highly recommend.
I never leave reviews but, Alex and the team was so amazing and supportive, I had to. I went from constant back pain and feel like I never get pass putting have serious pain with my pelvic floor to having almost no back pain and using dialotors withoutpl pain. They were also so flexible with my terrible schedule. I'm very grateful and so much happier in my own body!
