I recently had shoulder surgery and spent time at advent PT in Caledonia. All the PT’s were excellent, Sam, Becky, and Evan, as I have worked with all three. Evan Van Nortwick was my main PT and I have to say of all the surgeries I have been through 3 shoulder, 1 open heart, 3 ankle surgeries, fibula surgery, open stomach exploratory, appendix, and knee. This is a follow-up to an earlier excellent review. Today I leave Advent under extremely different circumstances from my first visit. When I began, I had extreme pain in my lower back/ hip area on my left side, which quite possibly was creating additional pain in my left knee. I was barely able to walk any stairs, get out of bed without pain, do routine things on any day. The pain I experienced was, at best, tolerable. Most days required two doses of ibuprofen.
