My husband was sent for a consultation. Their credit card machine was down at our first visit and they couldn't take cash, so I wrote a check. It took over 6 weeks before the check cleared our bank. The 2nd visit we were told there was no charge and 2 months later we received a bill for an office visit. Have to send another check since they do not take internet payments and I won't give them my credit card info over the phone because I do not trust them to process it correctly.

I had an amazing orthopedic trauma surgeon. He completed the surgery as he was hoping and saved my hip. If not it would have been 3 to 4 hip replacements in my lifetime...ALL of the staff I have met or been seen by at Advent have been amazing. Taking as much time as necessary, reviewing all of my x-rays with me and making sure I was comfortable with all of my instructions. I refer them ALL THE TIME. So glad to finally have a trauma orthopedic surgeon office in Conroe.

Horrible. Can't even begin to describe the miscommunication with this place. Highly disappointed.

Horrible.. Never met the surgeon before surgery was scheduled was told we would meet him right before surgery. Got to hospital for surgery at 5:30 am and it had never been scheduled nor did hospital have any orders although we had orders in hand. Never received the pre op call from nurse we were supposed to receive. Office staff was rude to our primary physician who was giving clearance for surgery.actually asking how they got their number..Stay away.. far away.
