From the first time I walked in to enquire to buy a Vespa 300 super sport, to the point of delivery, the service I received from the sales team and owner Bhupesh was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Advent Motorcycles to anyone wanting to buy a Vespa.
The team were incredibly helpful after a series of unfortunate accidents left my Fonz Scooter damaged and unusable. My scooter is back looking and riding better than ever, and the team were so kind when I came to pick it up. The customer service was amazing, and I was able to pop into the showroom/retail store late in the day to grab a new helmet and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a second hand motorcycle from Advent motorcycles and found their customer service and professionalism to be top tier. I received a follow-up message the next morning which I really appreciated and Is just one example of how good my experience dealing with them was. Avoid these story tellers because they are incompetent and greedy clowns. Piaggio Medley 150, the business owner, Bhupesh Kukreija, agreed to collect my damaged scooter following a road accident. I believed that the scooter's frame was misaligned so I told him several times about my worries but after nearly a month that my scooter was at his premises he refused to assist me further and threatned me with stockage fees so I had to collect my scooter back.
