My A/C went out and got estimates from 5 companies and Advent was the lowest. Went with Advent. Came on time 3 nice men came and removed the old units instead of disassembling the old unit they took hammers and beat it out of the closet and installed the new Carrier units in a quick 4-5 hours. The only thing that I was not pleased with was after I paid the man said well we’ll clean and leave. We’ll instead of using a vacuum cleaner and cleaning up there mess, got in there trucks and left. I called Advent at 8:40 am this morning to report an ac issue. At that time, I was told I was in the morning schedule.However,there were no calls no show-ups. When I called at 11am, I was informed that I was now on the afternoon schedule but still received no update.i called again around 3pm and spoke with a very receptionist who said she did not have a time frame for when the technician would arrive. Used them for years, suddenly......Never showed up when they said. Said they called several times, but did not. They're expensive on price, and expensive as it cost me a lot of money to sit at home. Waiting around on them all day to not even show up or call! You'd be better off finding someone else like E&J
