It's a couple minutes after 8:00 in the morning and you cannot get anybody in the scheduling department to answer the phone. They put it permanently on voicemail and you have to stay on hold for like 20 minutes in order to have somebody answer the phone this has been a long-standing problem and it's terrible customer service they need to fix this if they centralized scheduling then they need to hire more people because you cannot get anybody on the phone to change your appointment or make your appointment or cancel your appo... read more
Lousy service Had to come here two years ago and it was a totally different atmosphere The employees just talk amongst themselves dont check on guests used to be asked if we needed a blanket or anything to snack on. This time no one even told me how my blood work came back and no one ever came back to check on me This wtnt totally downhill since my last visit
They make an unpleasant situation pleasant and tolerant
If we have to be on time so do you. You guys should be prepared and have the room set up before patients arrve not after. This has consistently been an issue. Value our time like we do yours! I will be talking to upper management about this.
