This is the best practice I have been to in many years. Dr Johnson was very thorough and spent as much time as necessary without hurrying. Her diagnosis was correct and her course of treatment successful. This is a great practice. I highly recommend it.
Not happy with this practice. Met with Janna. She seemed sweet but not overly confident nor experienced. The young girls who work the front office are a bit clueless and that's frustrating. The messaging in the portal is also unreliable. When you do get a response back they require you come in for a visit. I got a message back that Janna wanted me to set up a telehealth because I was asking for a referral for plantar fascitis.
