Outstanding experience! Needed a pageant dress cleaned & pressed. Al took it to the experts in the shop, came back to us & said dry cleaning it would ruin it. Glad he checked! They pressed it & had it ready to go the same day! Our daughter would have been devastated if that dress got ruined! Thanks Al for keeping us out of the dog house!!
Al!!! Is such am amazing wonderful man!!!!! I brought my beautiful evening gown to him. And rather then put it up on a rack cause he said it c9uld be damaged. He got a spot out of it that I could not and explained how I can further take care of it!!!! Within minutes! Please come see him. I have never been so impressed. Customer service is so bad these days but not al. If I could give 100 stars I would. And I will now ALWAYS come to him! THANK YOU SO MUCH AL! YOUR AN AMAZING HUMAN
Very professional organized packaging pickup and return delivery. Maybe a little more attention is needed on spot removal on. Whites. All in all, I would give them a 5 start. Excellent manager (Marty).
They had my items dry clean in a matter of a few hours. Friendly service.
