What's going on with these guys... been a customer since 2003, bought 2 complete AC/heater replacements over the years and now customers seem to be an inconvenience. I am enrolled in their preferred member program.... got a renewal charge..$600+..but nothing that described what I'm getting for the money. They've been doing similar programs over the years and they always tweak something so just getting an invoice with no explanation/description surprised me. We had (2) new 20 Seer rated Carrier Infinity AC & Heating & Replaced April 2019 and all of the ac vents upstairs. I have had Advent Air out SIX TIMES to fix the problem. They changed the condenser unit outside the thermostat wiring on Thursday AM and Friday the SAME ERROR CODE cane up on the thermostat. I called Advent Air this morning around 9:15 to advise them the unit was still not working.and requested that Jared Douglas or Matt Wikel call me about this issue. I DID NOT GET A CALL FROM THEM. This morning we passed city code inspection on our new Carrier HVAC package just installed by Advent Air Conditioning, Lewisville, TX. Our Advent Comfort Advisor, Sarah Mines, was excellent; beginning with a full Manual J home assessment all the way through explaining equipment options and her final follow-up visit today. Advent’s installation crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. The new Carrier AC is functioning perfectly, and we expect the same from the new gas furnace come winter.
