Our ground source heat pump was not coming on to cool our house. Praimesh with Advent came out almost immediately and performed a thorough evaluation on our unit. He was able to get our unit working again but let me know we would probably need a new board sometime soon. I thought I knew most everything about my unit but I learned quite a bit more today. Thanks Praimesh for your help and thanks Advent!

They did a great job. Jimmy and 2nd technician were very efficient, had an air purifier that ran the whole time. They covered all surfaces and vacuumed carpets and floors before leaving. They wore masks and gloves. I was very pleased. I have used Advent services for many years.

Advent has gone above and beyond once again. Before the job, they protected all the rooms, light fixtures, cabinets, floors and everything I requested. They cleaned up several times during the day and worked in bitter cold temperatures. Worked a long day to get finished. Never complaining; always polite and professional.

Our AC quit late in the day. Since we have been having semi-annual service from Advent, we called them in the evening. They called back first thing the next day and their technician was here at 11 a.m. He did a quick trouble shoot and discovered that an outdoor circuit breaker that appeared to be ok had actually tripped. He jiggled it and the system came on immediately. While he was here, he tested the system and found some parts to be weak, but still serviceable. The system is 18 years old, so it probably won't last much longer, but we're good for now. Good work Advent.
