This place runs the same formula every visit: See a PA (not a physician) → quick sinus look → recommend pricey CT scan → send you home with a neti pot → bill you $200. My appointment lasted 7 minutes and I never even saw a doctor. Felt more like a sales pipeline than a medical visit. I’d skip Advent and start with Flonase or a neti pot on your own.
