Check pricing first...30 min appointment where they basically check boxes off to get a Sinus CT...$858. $400 for initial office visit with APNP. $700 for Nasal Endoscopy (< 2 min) with no advanced notification on price. Cant wait to see what a CT and possible procedure cost.

I drove over an hour to get to my appointment and was told that it was a half hour earlier but I was 15 minutes early and they still couldn't see me. Don't be late for your appointment. I will never go back

Why do most of the 5 star reviews not have anything said about how/why they are good? Just 5 stars. I think that is suspicious. Most of the negative reviews explain why they are giving a poor review. Because of this we are going elsewhere.

Initially intended to leave a 5 star review due to the immediate kindness and understanding of symptoms, and the relief of knowing where my issues were coming from. However, I learned that they are not upfront about charges. I understand that they can't know everyone's copays, but I'd have appreciated at least a heads up that they were offering a service beyond the parameters of the office visit itself. They provide great care, but I am unsure if I will be able to continue working with them going forward due to the cost. Unf... read more

Three major concerns with my visit to this clinic. First, the office space is not well marked and in a less than professional building. Second, I was told when I showed up that my appointment was going to be $375. I do not recall getting any notification prior to the appointment that this was the fee. Finally, waited 30 minutes in the exam room just to find out my provider wasn't even in the building. I was hoping I'd get some help for my issue but realize this likely isn't the right place.
