Three major concerns with my visit to this clinic. First, the office space is not well marked and in a less than professional building. Second, I was told when I showed up that my appointment was going to be $375. I do not recall getting any notification prior to the appointment that this was the fee. Finally, waited 30 minutes in the exam room just to find out my provider wasn't even in the building. I was hoping I'd get some help for my issue but realize this likely isn't the right place.
Genna Tonstad, APNP was very friendly, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. She told me what was actually going on with my nose.
Explained everything well, thorough, very polite and helpful.
