Drove over an hour to get to this highly anticipated appointment. They literally peaked (quickly) in my son’s ears and mouth, looked over some sleep labs and doctor notes I brought along. Then asked if he had his tonsils and adenoids removed (he had which was reported on the forms they sent to fill out and were submitted well before the appointment) before informing me there was nothing they could do for children. The first visit went as I expected.
I was nervous entering my appointment but everyone there was so friendly and full of smiles I soon felt more at ease.
Advent has horrible customer service. Drove 45 min to them and i was A couple min late, and they would not except me. Your job is to gain customers not to lose them. I do not recommend.
