This is in not hate to the doctor, she was lovely. I tried to find a email to let you know directly how i feel but here we are. Shame on you guys for even booking appointments you know you wont be able to help someone in the clinic. How can you tell someone they would have to make multiple trips to Shamburg in order to have any sort of help, You made the poor girl go through the whole appointment with me knowing there would be no outcome by the end of it. I was referred to Advent. The front desk said they are not taking new patients now (Rockford). So why is the Rockford GI making these referrals. Very poor policy. They told me to go to Schaumburg. I’m not driving an hour to a Dr. I’ll find someone locally and I will make sure I let everyone know not to go to Adventure Rockford.

UPDATE 10_9_2024 I was sent an e-mail that they would get with me over my concerns. 3 weeks later and STILL no contact. Terrible You can't get the office to call you back. You can't get prices for the procedures that they've prescribed for you. They're very unresponsive. I'm very, very disappointed and canceling any future involvement with this organization.

My previous ENT would not listen to me. The Advent ENT listened to me and treated me with respect.
