Doctor Jacob was quick, polite, and helpful
Avoid - Insurance Scam I went through 3 visits which included meeting with a doctor, sleep study, CT scan and finally meeting with a surgeon. I had a date for surgery scheduled. They put me in an empty room with a laptop connect to a Teams meeting. In this meeting they gave me pricing for the procedures. They also gave me a printout with the surgeons recommendations.
