Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. They answered all our questions and explained things in a clear way, so I could understand. Allison was very professional and explained step by step what she was going to do as she proceeded. Knowing what to expect before, during and after was comforting. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
The nurse was very professional and informative. She took the time to make me feel completely and at ease. She explained how the procedure was going to be performed and asked if either my husband or I had any questions or concerns. When the Dr came in he also asked if I had any questions. He explained every step of the way as he was proceeding. The entire process went very smoothly. After a few minutes I was ready to go home. I am very pleased with my decision to have this done.
