Kristin was very good. She listened well and did a great job of outlining the proposed steps to address my issues. My only feedback for improvement is there was a lot of details for next steps provided very quickly by both Kristin and the front desk and I found I wasn't 100% clear on everything by the time I got home.
Professional and took time to explain possible ways to go forward.
