My husband and I have lived here for four years and are very sad to be leaving. We had a beautiful apartment in such a great spot of Colorado Springs. We will seriously miss the views, amenities, and neighborhood here. Of course, no apartment complex is perfect and while we did have a couple issues throughout our time here, the leasing office and maintenance always made sure to make it right in the end. We appreciate the staff and neighbors who made these four years so wonderful. I would definitely recommend Artemis to you!
Do not move here unless you want to move into a dirty apartment with scratches and terrible maintenance. The maintenance team takes forever and a day to get things done. Property is literally disgusting. Dead animal parts and the dog trash cans are always full. Apartment was not move in ready and had to document 10+ things unacceptable in apartment. I have been in these apartments for 1 month now. Wife and I couldn't be happier. Love the location, staff is super attentive and nice. Loving it! Plus all the wildlife you see here is crazy.Ive seen deer about 8 times now in a month.
