I moved in the middle of April, and I love my apartment. I have a great mountain view and close to amenities. The hot tub has been not always up and running due to leaks however this is to be expected. The front office staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly.
Danielle is one of a kind!! I moved to COS from out of state. Artemis is the only apartment I considered and viewed… all because Danielle. She’s is very efficient & great at her job. Her customer service is beyond excellent. 12/10 would recommend to a friend. Work with Danielle though!

My boyfriend lives at these apartments and all of the ladies in the front office are really friendly and knowledgeable. Especially, Danielle! That girl is always professional and happy. Which makes the front office comfortable and inviting. Not to mention the maintenance crew they are very responsive. While I rate these apartments a 5. We miss the hot tub. The other residents are very friendly for the most part. Such a great community! Thanks Artemis at Spring Canyon!!
