The location of this apartment makes it exceptional, however the experience of living here is less than ideal. First off, the ladies in the office are friendly and the maintenance team is 5/5 stars. The heated pool and sauna room are also nice, but a luxury I could do without, personally. The price seems great at first, but then you find that the plastic cabinets peel, the appliances are crappy and old, the sinks are cracked, the carpet isn't cleaned prior to move-in, the w/d takes 2x as long as it should and doesn't clean, ... read more
I moved in the middle of April, and I love my apartment. I have a great mountain view and close to amenities. The hot tub has been not always up and running due to leaks however this is to be expected. The front office staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly.
Danielle is one of a kind!! I moved to COS from out of state. Artemis is the only apartment I considered and viewed… all because Danielle. She’s is very efficient & great at her job. Her customer service is beyond excellent. 12/10 would recommend to a friend. Work with Danielle though!
