I am a resident at the Advenir @ Highland Park Apartments. When you visit the property and look at the model you will find what seems to be a very nice and enjoyable community. Just BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN COST!!! You need to plan on high utility bills and also if you are someone who gets hot easy while sleeping this is NOT the community for you!!!
