I lived at Foxmoor for 8 months. The apartment under mine caught fire due to bad electrical wiring. My dog luckily woke me up to a smoke filled apartment I had to crawl out of. They did nothing to help the tenant who was occupying that apartment and she had renters insurance. Everything was ruined. I had some smoke damage. The manager said they would clean my carpets, furniture and air ducts but never did. They are very quick to try and evict someone. One day late, they start the process. Foxmoor Apartments believe that they dont have to provide a safe place for you to live-I was told this directly by the property manager. These are probably the worst apartments Ive ever lived in. Tons of roaches, break ins, and the manager is probably the nastiest person Ive ever met. We have been great long term tenants for years now and yet receive nothing but rudeness from the apartment complex. There was an issue with a late fee being charged by mistake-The manager said she would take care of it and never did-then a few ... read more
Great location and great prices. Maintenance takes care of my issues and office staff is helpful.
