Don’t read into their lies. This place is a terrible lace to live. The reviews are fake and bought. Cockroaches greet you better than the staff when you first move in. Pool sucks gym sucks. No amenities that’s enjoyable. Frequent break ins and theft, unexpected inconvenience, no communication through staff about anything. You can find a cheaper place and a lot better. DO NOT MOVE HERE
We lived here for a year too long! The problems are REAL BEWARE!! Management did change but the new management hasn’t/wasn’t any better. The cost to live here is the same for a house. Roaches should be charged rent!!! Pest control is a joke. Our dryer broke down, they came and bypassed the limit switch causing the dryer to stay on at all times at the highest temp is can blow. Caught on fire and burned our clothes. Could have burnt down the entire building. They didn’t care, and took them 2 months to get a new dryer. The pool... read more

I've been here since October 2024 and I absolutely loved my new place. My children love it also. Upon moving in, there were several amenities and services I specifically looked for to help narrow down my decision in moving. Advenir offered them all. Just to give a clearer picture; valet trash service, flex payments for rent, sunroof for my plants, and several other things... now, it seem as if new management has come to the property and they are changing things up that inconviently impacts not only me but I'm certain many ot... read more
