I scheduled a tour for today at 9:00 a.m. and received multiple email reminders about the appointment. I get to the leasing office door (on time, might I add) and it was locked..I rang the doorbell and no one came. I’ve only been living here since the end of June, and within a few short months, I’ve experienced constant disrespect, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from management particularly from Sandra, the office manager, and Pamala Maradiaga. Recently, the complex switched to a new payment system called WIPS, which only allows full rent payments at specific stores.
