DO NOT MOVE HERE! The new management is TERRIBLE. Maintenance & office people just walk in your house with no knocks or warnings. Rats & roaches. The apts are old. NOTHING IN THE APT WORKS. Dryer, stove, refrigerator, windows leaking. We complained to corporate, they cut my AC line and then didn't come fix it for 3 days. One maintenance request took a month to complete. The Fenwick has been a good place to live. The apartments are very nice and well maintained by the crew. The office is a pleasant atmosphere with very insightful people at the desk the moment you walk in. The staff is led by Sandra Javalera... And I have to thank Sandra for this experience, and for walking me through every step to ensure my comfortability during my stay. She really made more than my day! The new staff and administration at The Fenwick are amazing! They always greet me with a smile and are readily available to answer any questions & assist me whenever I step into the office or call. The maintenance personnel always respond to my maintenance requests and fixes the issues that I may have in a speedy manner. I’m glad to be living here and ecstatic to renew my lease again! #H-Town
