This apartment complex is very clean and nice so for it is one of the best place I see so for then a do a good job keeping it clean
Very quiet place! Was visiting a friend and I didn’t have any problems finding parking or having to register.
The pricing can be very confusing and overwhelming when wanting to look at multiple properties in the area because having 48 for a quote seems like predatory tactics. When looking for a home and being able to not have that kind of pressure present to choose which property has the best to offer for my family is super important. The agents both Pamala and Sandra was extremely helpful. Watching Sandra pick up trash during our tour, showed me she cares about the property and that set a high bar.
No les recomiendo vivir en estos apartamentos, las dos señoras ahi son bien groseras y no les importa que uno se sienta agusto vivir ahi. Piensan que con alzarle la voz a uno las hace sentir superior. Excepto la señora kay, ella siempre te habla con respeto y amabilidad. Los de mantenimiento tampoco hacen las cosas bien. Ya van varios carros que han dejado sin llantas los rateros. La piscina se la pasa mas cerrada que abierta. Y el basurero que asco que se mire como esta.
I wish I could've Not given a single star. At first they seemed accommodating and they have changed managers and the staff completely changed becoming unbearable besides Ms.K. the ladies were rude and straight out unprofessional as soon as you bring up an issue they always say it will be fixed and not a damn fix for months. Dogs Shit left on sidewalk and Noone picks it up. Constant emails were sent out by the office and acting like someone would come to make repairs but its just a paper trace and easy money fo r maintenence
