Update: I have been moved Out of this apartment for two months now, and I I am still dealing with this incompetent company. Don’t let their song and dance oh we’re new company and new management for you. They are still the P.O.S people that these apartment complex still sought after they are sending me ridiculous property damage bills that are unreasonable and unexplainable but yet I am still being charged with it with no explanation on why or any proof. Don’t read into their lies. This place is a terrible lace to live. The reviews are fake and bought. Cockroaches greet you better than the staff when you first move in. Pool sucks gym sucks. No amenities that’s enjoyable. Frequent break ins and theft, unexpected inconvenience, no communication through staff about anything. You can find a cheaper place and a lot better. DO NOT MOVE HERE
We lived here for a year too long! The problems are REAL BEWARE!! Management did change but the new management hasn’t/wasn’t any better. The cost to live here is the same for a house. Roaches should be charged rent!!! Pest control is a joke. Our dryer broke down, they came and bypassed the limit switch causing the dryer to stay on at all times at the highest temp is can blow. Caught on fire and burned our clothes. Could have burnt down the entire building. They didn’t care, and took them 2 months to get a new dryer. The pool... read more
