Came in and talked to someone and it went well. He was very nice and showed us the apartments. He let us know he wasn’t at that location often. After I left it got hard to gat a hold of anyone to talk to. I applied and provided everything and never said I was approved or denied. Just cancelled my login info to see my application status. Tried to call and never got an answer. Asked for a call back and only got emails back or no response at all. Disappointing.
A little under a year ago, I had nothing pleasant to say about the living experience here. One individual went above and beyond in making sure my family had a smooth transition from a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. Louis is a leasing specialist, definitely worth retaining. He undid a lot of bad service from previous management. Paul and Ricky also provide upstanding and extremely prompt maintenance. It’s almost August and the only things to use the filled swimming pool are ducks. Update: Management is very unhelpful. You need to pay rent through the app….but if your card changes and you try to add it after payment is due, you can’t. The app locks. So, when you call the office to tell them this and ask alternate ways to pay……….they don’t respond to calls over the course of 2 weeks, waiting for late fees to kick in.And if you show up with a check for rent, they need a cashiers check instead….turns a week long process into... read more
