Reposting because my last review was taken down. There is a serious mouse infestation At this property. Instead of fixing the problem inside tenants’ homes, the new owners are investing in making the outside look nice. Fresh paint doesn’t fix mice in your walls. Future renters: do your research before signing anything.
These people have been so wonderful at making this such a great experience. I am so grateful to have them as my resources. Thank you.
I strongly advise against renting here. Despite the new management’s efforts to improve the building’s exterior, they have failed to address a severe mouse infestation. I’ve caught numerous mice in my unit, and the office responses to my concerns have been disappointing. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision and current tenants please if you have a mouse issue report it to the proper authorities mice carry diseases and we should not have to live like this we deserve better
Supposedly, a dog friendly community but this morning, when I was leaving my apartment to walk to my car, my dog happened to need to pee on a bush and the front desk lady ran out of the office to yell at me and threaten me with $100 fine. I’m not exactly what they want me to do if my dog lifts his leg and starts peeing. I’m not gonna cut him off and force him to move to a designated area. Absolutely absurd.
I had such high hopes when a different management company took over this property. There have been continuing issues. Sewage backed up and overflowed out of my tub and toilet, water all the way into the dining area. The washers on the property are rusty, molded or not working. Also the water isn't that hot and the clothes don't get clean. They painted an apartment across the hall from me without notification or proper ventilation and I got ill and I let them know that but no response.
