Very pleasant place to live at a competitive rent. But, maintenance has gone from good, to poor, to none at all. At this point, I've asked to have a security light bulb replaced. Seven requests in two weeks. Special bulb that I can't find in a store. Roach problem for over two mos. with a completely ineffective exterminator. It's a shame, after what it was when we first moved in.
If you park after 7 pm, you will be lucky to find a parking space. The safety of living in a gated apartment complex is negated by the limited parking situation. If you decide to rent here, plan on adding $35/month for a covered parking space. They wont tell you about the parking dilema when you sign the lease but they are quick to ask for the additional money when you start having problems. Very dishonest and frustrating. Despite many complaints over the past year, there has been no improvement in the situation.
move there to find out for yourself, im not going to waste my time complaining to a review when ive complained enough to the apartment allready, nothing gets fixed, they left a whole in our ceiling, they let anyone live there <-- literaly, prostitutes, theives, what have you...just move there if you want a miserable life after work
