I wasted 4 weeks of follow up spinning my wheels with this company. Firstly I called and waited 15 minutes to speak to someone who told me to email through a referral. I emailed it through and there was not even an auto responder. I emailed back 3 weeks later and asked why I hadn't received a call and they told me I didn't have a phone number on the referral. Reception doesn’t do communication, the referral has the wrong address on it and you will get lost trying to find them. ‘Heart Care’ cannot be contacted by phone. Messages left are ignored. The receptionist is sick and there is no effective backup. The back of your referral says it’s on Level 3. The new location on Level 2 is poorly signposted, with a bent back door with Heart Care written on its unseen reverse. Dr Scott C was attentive and easy to talk to. It's just a shame Advara has extremely unprofessional and rude admin staff answering the phone (although not all of them). Condescending to say the least... before I could get the name of the rude staff member she hung up on me. I would not recommend using their services.
I’m very grateful for all of the support during my 5 weeks of treatment, Dr White and all the staff I found to be very kind and supportive. You are in the very best hands of there. There is no better feeling than ringing that bell 🔔 when you finish treatment!
No signage outside the building, no help from rude staff who shouldn't be in customer service let alone facing sick & injured people. Disgusting will never return
