Horrible company, horrible communication. I had to force a response back from Stevy and Vanna who I interviewed with, a week after my interview after being told they would reach out in 48 hrs time. Completely disorganized. Not worth applying to or working for.

10+ years pretty good for a commercial bank, no ATMs on the weekend use a convenient retail checking account, friendly staff, recent change in leadership seems good so far. Financial literacy can be an issue for some who are recovering from shock due to sudden financial loss or gain. Next year could review again and change stars content
