I hired Advantis Home Healthcare to help care for my mother after her shoulder surgery. We confirmed a schedule and were expecting a CNA to arrive as planned. Unfortunately, the CNA never showed up and no one called to let us know there was a problem or delay. When someone is recovering from surgery, dependable care is extremely important. Being left waiting without any communication was frustrating and stressful for our family. A simple phone call would have gone a long way.
