I was in last Friday and India helped me and was very thorough. She even helped with me getting a new debit card and it was after 5:30. She took her time with me and didn't rush me. She's a gem there I'm the office. Thank you India you were AMAZING!!!
I don't recommend using this credit union for your small business. They will not work with you for loans if you are self employed. Very disappointing since they merged with Advantis.
I went into the Fremont branch to ask about getting a CD and ended up getting some even better options for earning some interest. Ebby Onyenze was very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Getting such thorough customer service was very nice. I’m happy to have a relationship with Rivermark.
