I'd like to give a huge thank you to Ebe at the 15th branch. On numerous occasions he's helped me and my businesses navigate difficult situations such as complex account changes, wire transfers and even hacking attempts. He's always been super professional, patient and communicative with us and gone the distance to ensure we were well taken care of. I'm a dedicated member of Rivermark because of bankers like him.

The concierge-like service at the door was nice, the teller had good customer service and I liked the fact that they had an in branch coin counter. However, my sister, who’s been a member of the credit union for decades, came in with a cashier’s check—collected funds from another local bank, to deposit half and give half to me. This was an unexpected blessing (which we have mixed feelings about) as it was from our recently deceased brother. 🥺 The branch manager required a multiple-day hold on the funds. After a disastrous experience at another branch I made an appointment here and sat down with Bryce. In five minutes he solved my issue and figured out the reason for it instead of blaming me. Within an hour he had me up and running and funded. I am very grateful to have sat down with him. He's amazing!
