Went here a few days ago to exchange some cash and the black lady at the front desk asked me where I got the money from and told me it was “part of protocol” I have been with rivermark for almost 5 years now and have literally never been asked that before and I go to the bank with stacks of cash frequently. I've been a Rivermark customer since 2011 so clearly there's a lot that's good about it. The recent merger; however, has been frustrating mainly because instead of being able to see the cash back that you've accrued it's completely hidden. You also have a to fill out a form to receive it rather than make a few clicks. That lack of transparency lowers my trust in Rivermark. I want to know when that standard feature will return.

10 out of 10! Every successful business has excellent employees that provide extraordinary customer service. Eberechi Onyeze is such a top-notch, very wonderful person, professional, helpful, and kind. He helped me with my papers. It is astonishing to meet good people. My overall experience was fantastic. Even the ladies were so kind people, they loved their job and they are happy to help the customers 😊.
