The concierge-like service at the door was nice, the teller had good customer service and I liked the fact that they had an in branch coin counter. However, my sister, who’s been a member of the credit union for decades, came in with a cashier’s check—collected funds from another local bank, to deposit half and give half to me. After a disastrous experience at another branch I made an appointment here and sat down with Bryce. In five minutes he solved my issue and figured out the reason for it instead of blaming me. Within an hour he had me up and running and funded. I am very grateful to have sat down with him. He's amazing!

Outstanding Fremont Branch customer service assistance. I can’t thank “Bryce” enough for helping me open my new account previously - as well as assisting me again recently on some technical external payment set up issues.. Wonderful friendly atmosphere- with exceptional professionalism. Bryce solved all my account payment issues quickly and was very patient and helpful dealing with my issue. Thank you!
