But I guess once in a while I need to point out those less than ideal interaction, especially when it is a reoccurring pattern. Such is the case with Rivermark CCU. Monifa was an amazing help to me! I was having an issue with my debt card and she resolved the matter so fast! She was so friendly, professional, and an amazing listener. I can’t recommend her enough! The teller, Lacy who also assisted with my transaction was also great and very efficient.
Finley was awesome!! At the 15th Ave. Branch!! Resolved my issue quickly and was extremely helpful.
Convenient location, but it is so profoundly understaffed. So slow that there aren’t even enough chairs for all the people waiting for service. The handful of people working there are nice, but there aren’t enough of them.
