Rivermark Community Credit Union's takover of Advantis Credit Union has been nothing short of an unmitigated disaster. Error messages, 45 minute call wait times, and no noticeable improvement in service in the last two weeks have made it almost impossible to continue supporting this local credit union. Think twice before opening new accounts. We're fed up.
