Don't expect in-branch service here. It's nothing but remote teller machines. 😔 It's like a drive-through teller, but you have to park and go in. And if there's a parking lot, I haven't found it yet. For personalized service, OnP takes the cake.
I usually go to the Hawthorne branch but came in because I was having trouble connecting to my dad's account for transfers and was nearby. The first guy was somewhat condescending and said somebody would be with me in 5 minutes to further help. I waited for almost 10 minutes before another guy called me in. WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO INTERACT WITH AN IN PERSON TELLER?!!? STOP SETTING ME IN FRONT OF A STUPID SCREEN TO DO MY BANKING. I CAME IN PERSON FOR A REASON. I SAVES ZERO TIME AND SIMPLY INFEIEATES ME BECAUSE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP ON A SCREEN TO DO SIMPLE STUPID TASKS!
Advantis was great. Whomever is mismanaging things after the merger needs to be fired. My loan was delayed (twice the processing time at almost 2 months)with MANY problems due to their unmanaged change of systems. Some escrow check for the sale of my the last house was sent TO THE HOUSE THAT I SOLD..., thousands of dollars check. They wouldn't accept a mobile deposit of THEIR CHECK once I received it because I failed to write "for mobile deposit only" on it. I am not nearby to go to the branch.
