Went in because my card randomly stopped working. Talked to Finley— she was quite loud about my account… stating my denials on my account.. failed charges, etc (which is why I was there because my card wasn’t working). it was an uncomfortable experience. it is extremely unprofessional to have such a lack of respect for privacy for customers. It is impossible to get a LIVE customer service person on the phone. During the course of trying, I was asked to input my complete social security number. Really??? The entire number? That should never be asked.
