I would give zero stars if I could. I was approved for reimbursement of medical expenses related to a car accident in November 2025, and as of May 5, I still have not received anything. I have followed up multiple times through emails, and each time I am told “the check is in the mail.” There has been no proof provided that a check was ever sent, no tracking, and no real answers. My husband is native and the tribe has contracted through Bluestone. I have been working with Zena Bazzle and she makes everything so much easier! She has a direct line and I can talk specifically to her to answer all of my questions. She is fantastic and a very sweet lady!
Our insurance was switched to bluestone at the beginning of the year. The changes have caused some confusion with previous providers; however, the customer service provided by bluestone has made the transition easier. $1800 to see my Cardiologist and my financial responsibility $1080??? You would think after paying thousands of dollars to an medical insurance company they’d cover %100 of it. This kind of discourages people to see the doctor for even the simplest things to see what is going on inside of your own body. I mean with this economy and everyone struggling you gotta help people.
