Fantastic environment, supportive, inspiring, and attentive. We are constantly reminded about form, keeping it safe and packing a great workout in one hour. Well worth the investment.
Amazing facility, Awesome trainers. They will help you meet or beat your goals at any age, and most importantly at my age (48) without injuries! Other gyms in town are no comparison. 10 stars.

My twin sister and I started working out at advantage two years ago when we were facing our 50th bday. My son had trained there for years and I thought very highly of their program. We have truly enjoyed their Blue Collar group and are still going strong two years later! The trainers are a ton of fun and also know their stuff. Their programs are a good mix of strength and function and flexibility and they tailer the workouts to all fitness levels. I highly recommend checking them out! We love it at Advantedge!
