I have been working with AdvantageSolve for about six months. For most of that time, the neighborhood developer had not yet turned over responsibility for the HOA Board of Directors. In that context, I and two other homeowners accepted a request to act as "resident advisory committee" prior to turnover of board. Unprofessional, and lacks response to phone calls or emails. Why any hoa does business with them is beyond me. Update: they told me because my check arrived late I owe them but the check is dates before hand. Imagine
