The service is honestly great , got some work done pain free however I had to wait 2 hours for 2 separate appointments , is not like I walk in one day and said fix my teeth no, I set an appointments and when the appointment came they weren’t prepare ,every appointment I had with them , they were somehow late. if i could give less than 1 i would. i was not pleased with doctor there
This place gets no stars for me. I literally stayed on the phone for 20 minutes over 20 minutes. No one ever came to the phone. I’m I’m on the phone right now still ringing them and it’s now 21 minutes and 43 seconds no answer no pick up picked up one time said hold on I guess that’s what they said cause I couldn’t make out what they were saying and then put me on hold . Unbelievable.
Great doctors office! The staff was very polite and helpful and my doctor was super nice! You can tell they actually care and enjoy their jobs! Update * 3/1/24, I used to like this place until they closed for renovations and didn’t inform me at all, I had to call them to find out why no one reached out to me about my upcoming appointment…weird right ? Now I’ve been trying to contact someone to get the doctor to send a refill for my inhaler (nothing important I know ) and no one will answer the phone
