My family and I have been patients here for many years. I personally stopped going here due to being misdiagnosed, not being taken seriously,and being gaslit by my doctor. There a lady on reception desk so weird and rude to people the first time i went up to her she was on her phone using whatsapp and i was talking to her she pay more attention on her phone than me talking to her asking to make an appointment and being rude to me and now today i came to check in for my appointment and when it was my turn she didn’t take me and told me to wait in line they should do something about her cuz shes just so rude and have attitude .
Had an endoscopy and the doctor never diagnosed me. So the picture of my endoscopy in the MyChart app. But at some point someone removed the endoscopy report and replaced it with a copy of my colonoscopy report and I've been trying to get in touch with them to get this rectified and they just really really a s***** group
