I’ve never had such a wonderful experience in my life ever, Beatrice.N at front desk helped me so much, she was so caring, so patient, I was about to walk out meanwhile I needed to be seen ASAP she was there with me making sure doctors can see me and took care of me, give that woman a raise she’s literally the best!!! Highly recommend!!!

I recently had an insurance change and had my PCP reassigned to a doctor at this facility and I wish I could give 0 stars. Long wait times, would not take a walk-in despite it stating online that walk-ins were welcome, did not believe me about the medications that I'm on and talk about you extremely loudly (to the point you can hear through the walls) and utterly humiliate you. Would not prescribe my inhaler despite me having asthma my literal entire life and needing it daily. Also refused to prescribe medication that my pre... read more
