Super satisfecha con la atención de la doctora Nguyen y las enfermeras. He atendido mis dos embarazos con ellos, embarazos con preeclamsia y siempre han estado al tanto de todo. No hablo ingles y siempre buscan la manera de que comprenda toda la información respecto a mi, los procederes y mi bebé. Agradecida con todo el equipo de trabajo de Advantage women's care.

Let me just start off by saying that all of the 1 star ratings are accurate! My experience at Advantage Women’s Care was horrible. The moment that I stepped into the facility, I was greeted with attitude. But that wasn’t the worse part, my experience was Dr. Jennifer Nguyen was very disheartening. I was scheduled for a Well Women’s Exam that lasted maybe 3 minutes. She was not thorough with the exam AT ALL. She did not listen to any of my concerns or address any of the questions that I had. I’ve been going to Jennifer since the beginning of my pregnancy I am almost 33 weeks she is just now telling me my son didn’t develop his kidney … her delivery was as if it was nothing fast talks you and downplays situations glances at you for 4 mins send you home im heartbroken about this situation

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient, the first time I called the phone was answered with a voice that said "please hold" and directly to waiting music, the second time I called the person cut me off and didn't listen to what I was initially calling about so she was a bit confused. I had to repeat what I needed and proceeded with the call to make my appointment, but the proper phone etiquette was not demonstrated, they should be trained on customer service and active listening.
