Dr. Ngyuen delivered my daughter and both of my nephews we all had quite different experiences : with my nephew she took forever to make it to the hospital and the nurses wouldn't allow my sister to push resulting for her to rip and my nephews head got swollen : with my other nephew he was born full term and was in the NICU : my daughter was 3 weeks early due to her ultrasound tech changing my due date and while popping my water bag via csection my daughter swallowed too many fluids and became a NICU baby she left the hospit... read more
The wait is so bad. They mix up your results with other people and then call you to tell you results that arnt even yours! They are the worse, do not go here!
Without Dr. Jennifer seeing something in me that gave me the confidence that I need to better my health; I would not be where I am today. She saved my life. I thank God for her. EVERYONE in TX who is expecting or need a AWESOME OBGYN for other female needs... Go see Dr. Jennifer Nguyen. You will not be disappointed.
I would have given Dr. Nguyen five stars alone, if it was not for her front desk staff. I'm in the healthcare field myself, and it's all about how you make the patient feel, especially when they come to you during a time when they are most vulnerable. It's all about customer service and that will make or break any business....No matter how good the business is and the services provided.
