I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and truly gentle with her patients. It was my first time visiting for blood work, a women’s wellness exam, and an IUD insertion, and I was honestly impressed by how smooth and efficient the entire appointment was. I only went to 1 appointment and never heard back from them or seen them. My second appointment was booked on Jan 19th on my birthday and when i got there, another lady was waiting outside the building....her appointment was at 9:45 and mine was at 10:45 and we knocked, called, and waited for about an hour. It was MLK day...why would they make our appointment on a holiday and not give any notice.. we had to go home i called to reschedule never heard from them again and this is supposed to be a place to recieve healthcare lol... read more
Went in for my appointment and seen this while looking for a pad. This is so unsanitary and just so disturbing to see next to pads. Will not be coming back here again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to schedule an appointment after recently receiving Medicaid coverage. I explained that I had just gotten the insurance and did not yet have my member ID, but there is a provider portal that allows offices to look up Medicaid information — I know this because I’ve worked in other medical offices myself.
