Buyer beware! First and foremost, I ignored all the bad reviews when I called Advantage Windows and Doors. I fully regret not listening to the comments. So I was told to call this company to get my moms front door replaced (she is 80 years old). I called and Bill the owner came over, and when he came over he sold my mom on getting all brand new windows. He is definitely a salesman and knows how to sell to people. I have been trying to get Advantage to come look at a few defects in the windows I had installed that are noe under warranty. I got through on the phone once the beginning of August and Bill said he’d have someone come out in a week. Never called or came out. It’s now October and I’ve called numerous times. My calls go to voice mail and I can’t even leave a message because the mailbox is full. I leave a sms message with my phone number but they never return a call. Better Business Bureau is my next move.

Good luck getting them to call you back. Voicemail has been full for three weeks. We need warranty work on a door we bought from them, but will probably have to pay someone else since they won’t respond to text or phone calls. Buyer beware
