Horrible company! The worst customer service that I ever experienced in my life. If you call to ask them to come out to evaluate an issue that you've already paid them for, they're slow with responding back. When they do respond, it's usually via text instead of returning a phone call. They'll come up with a variety of excuses as to why they couldn't call right back. They did the job for us. Technician/owner obviously knowledgeable. We had a nest of squirrels. Took several visits, after which he sealed the obvious egress and other potential weak spots. Yes, on re-visits they don't always come right away. I've had two other services in the past and Advantage is by far superior.

Excellent service! They put a profesional trap and the next day we had the squirrel on it. Good prices for sure I recommend this company.

I definitely would Not recommend this company. Terrible service. They only came out when there was a raccoon in trap. We called for days, explained Raccoons running all over our deck to please bring another trap, or take the one off the roof and put on the deck. We have urine running down the walls. Animals are noisy, fighting. It's been a nightmare, with damage to our home and we can't get help!! Call different company please.

I would not recommend this company. When calling the business, concerns were not addressed and promises made for technicians to come out were never met. After voicing my frustration, there were apologies made, but those apologies never led to any change in results. Very frustrating, and in the end, I had to hire someone else to remove the animals.
