Stay away from these people. The Greensboro location in North Carolina.They are thieves! They charged me $1,160.70 for oil change. They took my new Volvo mad flaps and put their ugly Vanguard truck services mad flaps in my truck! So I can advertise them for free! They did not even grease the chassis of my truck. They were beyond rude. When I protested they said I was not allowed to ever come back to the shop. If I could leave negative stars I would. I took a truck to go get the speed turned up on it and after waiting what seemed to be forever I had to go find the people that was working on the truck because they didn't even tell me they was finished, then it turned out they could change the speed because they claim they couldn't reprogram the computer even tho they are the headquarters for Volvo in North America, still charged $180 even though they didn't do anything and when I went to go leave the truck wouldn't start.
