The young man who checked me in was wonderful. Very polite & friendly. He has a wonderful personality for customer service. They took care of me as a walk in & reset the issue I had from leaving my gas cap loose at no charge to me. Even did the recall I had no idea about at no charge.
I love the videos I receive showing everything they checked on my car. Very informative.

Took me 3 months to get a recall motor replaced on my2023 Tundra. It’s not the amount of time that was the issue. I was repeatedly told “2 weeks “. “ there are just two ahead of you “. “We have your new motor here, just waiting on those two ahead of you to get finished “. I finally complained to the service manager who promised to call me back with an update. Guess what? She never did. No loner car given as promised in the recall notice.
