Won't be using Victory Toyota for service or any future purchases. Since Victory took over, customer support has gone to crap. 2023 4Runner TRD Pro. I've had all of my scheduled maintenance performed there. No anymore. No return calls. No one is in service. Phone just rings. Reception doesn't have a clue. Yeah, Toyota of Ashland will be doing my service for now on.
Usually the service is good. However, at my last visit for an oil change and tire rotation, my tires were NOT rotated as I was told they were. Also, I was told that the fluids had been topped off and they were not.
