These guys are awesome I didn't have an appointment and it was lunchtime so I knew it would be a while, they took me over to the mall and picked me up when I was ready! I highly recommend this service department. I pass right by Charleston (I refuse to deal with them for anything they were not honest when I purchased my car there)
A multiple amount of forced up-charges on every vehicle. Last car we tried to buy in this new ownership made us quit buying from Victory Totota. We purchased our last four cars from Advantage Toyota, this new group named Victory Toyota added an unneeded 2000 dollar bump charge for seat coating and paint protection, to every car sold. Be smart and shop the other Toyota dealers! This is not a good location! Unless you want to overpay!
At first they were great to work with and the salesman was great. They worked with us and we traveled nearly 4 hours just to buy a highlander xse we have been looking for. The 23 highlander was advertised as a certified pre owned and came with a significant extra warranty (number 1 reason we drove that far to buy this vehicle) so we go through the process and they did say it didn't have factory warranty, which we knew, cause it had 64k miles and it ran out at 60k miles.
