Bought a car at Victory Toyota in Barboursville Wv. Paid $1600.00 for a Protection Plan. After getting home we noticed an overcharge on the plan of $75.00, we called the dealership and talked to Martin Peters the General Manager. I told him about the problem and he got real upset, then he said to my wife I will send you the $75.00. Still waiting more than 2 weeks now, and still no check. I wonder if there is integrity at that Dealership. Mr. Peter’s send us the money! Tom Jackson
Quality has gone down hill under new ownership. It's obvious when you call to schedule your service that you're talking to someone in a call center. Under advantage toyota, you would actually be speaking to someone at the service department when you called. This isn't the biggest deal in the world, but a few months ago I called wanting to get some information and pricing estimates about a service and it took me several calls to get to someone who could actually answer my question.
