I own a lexus that needed a paint repair on the exterior. Called and spoke to someone in service BEFORE scheduling an appointment and asked if they would be able to look at it at this location rather than having to drive to the lexus dealer in St. Albans. On the phone was told this was possible and to schedule an appointment online.
