I really liked that I was able to describe what I wanted, our price range and budget and that Shane helped us quickly narrow options down and find something we loved and were comfortable with financing. All the employees were respectful of our questions and time and it was a very smooth process. It’s my 2nd time buying a used car from Toyota in Barboursville. I’d go there again when needed.
Big Daddy was helpful and good to work with. He was pushy. The finance staff was great to work with too.
