Horrible service. Took my car iny to get check engine light diagnosed and they lied about several services the car needed. When I declined one of the services, a $1700 service the apparently got mad and deciced not to fix my car but still charged me for it. I saw for myself that the exhaust system didn't need any work but they acted as if my car would be damaged if I drove it that way. I will never go back and will not be purchasing any more Toyota products. Complete crooks.
Went to Advantage to check out gas efficient vehicles. My 14 year old Toyota Sienna van was running great but was not gas efficient. Talked to a gentleman named Matt Turley and he showed me several vehicles based on what I said I wanted in a vehicle. After attempting to lease a hynundai at Dutch Miller, I left angry because Dutch Miller said my credit wasn't good enough to get the "good" lease rate and said I'd have to pay 65 more dollars per month than advertised. I left angry because they tried to shame me into purchasing the car at a higher price. But this is supposed to be about Advantage Toyota so I'll spare you of the rest. Great service-- fast, friendly, and honest too. Saturday service hours are available if vehicle was purchased at Advantage (or the old Rich Toyota).
Notably good service experience The owner and service man were very helpful, kind and prompt in addressing the issue with my car on 3/21 and 3/22.
