I am an investor and have closed several deals with them. Then there was a deal I canceled because I decided not to go ahead with it. 4 months later I send another deal their way. The seller and me got in a disagreement on the price after an inspection. The seller send me a text stating the title.company told him I have been known to not go through with deals. WOW, this owner, Denise, has a HORRIBLE attitude and poor customer service! I have a closing set for Monday next week (today is Wednesday, and Thursday is July 4th, so offices are closed), I am asking for the number that will be required to bring to closing. She tells me that there is an issue with title to the mobile home. I can understand that, but that is the sellers responsibility.
