WOW, this owner, Denise, has a HORRIBLE attitude and poor customer service! I have a closing set for Monday next week (today is Wednesday, and Thursday is July 4th, so offices are closed), I am asking for the number that will be required to bring to closing. She tells me that there is an issue with title to the mobile home. I can understand that, but that is the sellers responsibility. Everyone I spoke with at this company was professional, and provided excellent customer service. We had a complicated investment property in which Kristen and Denise worked hard on a fast closing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well. Exemplary is the word that comes to mind for this amazing team!
