I’ve closed over a dozen fixer-upper deals with Becky and Taylor at Advantage Title, and they’ve been excellent every time—professional, fast, and thorough. They handle everything, from recording deeds quickly to paying taxes and utilities without issues. Their fees are fair, their remote signing options are convenient, and everyone on their team has been helpful and pleasant. They’ve even introduced me to people whose houses I’ve purchased. They’re great to work with, and I can’t recommend them enough!!!
The Title Processor, Taylor, was not great to work with. We started our process in May and necessary contacts with Leon holders wasn’t made until almost 3 weeks later. I sent emails every week and checked in …to ensure we would have a timely closing all for there to be chaos in the last 48 hours prior to close. Never ever again !!!!
