If there was an option to give negative stars I would. Kenyatta "Ken" Patton, seems to be "winging" it. He doesn't have a clue of tax laws and can't properly file a simple tax return. He filed an OIC on my behalf and failed to check if all tax years were submitted/accepted (basic step in the process)...the icing on the cake is that HE and his company originally filed the three missing years, but never stated that the returns were rejected. Wouldn't suggest that anyone use this company. Won't return phone calls will lie to you in a minute. Been dealing with this company for four year to address my tax issue. My friends have went long after I started with this people . Got there's done bought a house and I'm still waiting for some kind of resolution . So now they telling me the federal has denied me cause of paperwork that they did. And now want me to pay them 2700.00 more on top of the 3200.00 I already gave them to refill . I wish I could rate the services received, Unfortunately I didn’t get that far. I was super excited to meet and discuss my tax concerns with the company’s representatives at Black Wall Street near Stonecrest Mall. I felt comfortable and confident with their abilities to asset me. I filled out a questionnaire with all of my contact information and was told (with emphasis) that someone would call me.
