This is a great facility - clean and well managed. We have never had any issues with this facility or the management. Shout out to Keri who is always helpful and responsive (especially if you are relocating to/from out-of-state) and an absolute joy to deal with regarding our unit leases. She is great! Highly recommend.
Great place to store your items. Prices are more than reasonable and the staff is the best around. You can't ask for much more than that.Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Kerri was amazing!!! She was so helpful I lost the key to my storage I was panicking. She was so cool calm and collected. She was able to get me in my unit and provide me with a new lock. Thank you Kerri and Advantage storage Plano.
I used Advantage Storage in Plano 9 years ago and it was a great experience then, so I came back to them to rent another unit in 2025. They’ve got even more to offer now and are still awesome. I met with Alex in the office who was professional, helpful and just awesome in general to meet with. He explained everything thoroughly, was very patient with my questions and even gave me a tour of the entire property.
