I used Advantage Storage in Plano 9 years ago and it was a great experience then, so I came back to them to rent another unit in 2025. They’ve got even more to offer now and are still awesome. Keri, the manager, was very helpful in resolving my issue with billing. She was prompt, polite and helpful. We have used this facility for over 10 years and it is always clean and good temperature with nice lighting and security.
I had a mission-critical situation where I urgently needed access to my storage unit to retrieve medical equipment for organizations in need. Unfortunately, my lock wasn’t working, and I couldn’t get in. The facility manager went above and beyond to help—she quickly provided a new lock and password, and sent Alex to remove the faulty lock and assist with installing the replacement.
